Not every season is easy to be in, but none of them last. Here is where we can begin.
Stress and burnout, anxiety and overthinking, feeling low or flat.
Moving countries, starting over, a change of career, or the in-between stretch when the old life has ended and the new one hasn’t settled.
Loneliness, feeling far from home, friendships and family tension.
School pressure, friendships, finding their feet.
I work with adults, and with teens aged 13 and over.
I’m still in training, so I don’t work with eating disorders or addiction.
Fill in a short form. I’ll reply within 2 working days.
We meet for about an hour, online or in person. Share what’s on your mind, and we’ll make sense of it together, with practical steps forward if you’d like.
We decide together whether to keep going. There’s no obligation.
Teens aged 13 and over are welcome with a parent’s consent.
What you share stays private, unless someone’s safety is at serious risk. I discuss my work with my supervisor without names or identifying details, and I follow the PACFA Code of Ethics.

I do this work because I’ve been there: moving countries, starting over, and carrying pressure quietly while holding everything together. Having support made a real difference in my own life.
I’m also a lawyer, with almost ten years in law, so I know what high-pressure work does to people.
In sessions, I go slowly. I’m not here to fix you or tell you what to do. First we make sense of what’s going on; then, if you’d like, we turn that into small, practical steps.
The bare branch is often at the cusp of spring. If you’re at the cusp of a season of your own, a move, an ending, a beginning you can’t name yet, we can make sense of it together, at your pace.
